- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had injured my bicep tendon and was experiencing a lot of pain and very limited range of motion. I teach Jazzercise classes several times a week, and was unable to perform most of the upper torso movements in class. I felt immediately better after only one treatment, and by 3 treatments I was able to move in almost a full range of motion again. I had to modify my movements for a while and take things easy in class, but Jenna's treatments were amazing.
